    is when you try to avoid someone by desperately flagging a cab, only to find him staring at you from the passenger seat of the car behind, or when you think you're finally safe in the comfort of the cab and you see his car pull up right next to you at the traffic light.

    either that, or it is just ultimate suay-ness.

    but at least both mandee and the cab driver had a good laugh... bleah!
